The rules that keep Fledio fair.

By creating an account or using Fledio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You need a valid account and must meet our age requirements to use Fledio.

• Age
  Creators must be at least 16 years old. Fledio is not intended for anyone under 13.
• Accurate info
  Provide true, current details and keep your profile up to date.
• Security
  You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• One role per account
  Accounts are registered as a brand or a creator and may not be shared or sold.

Fledio connects brands with creators to run marketing campaigns. We facilitate; we are not a party to your agreements.

• Briefs & applications
  Brands post campaign briefs; creators apply or are invited to collaborate.
• Deliverables
  Creators agree to produce content as described in each accepted brief, on time and to spec.
• Approvals
  Brands review submissions; payouts are released once deliverables are approved.
• No guarantee
  We do not guarantee campaign results, reach, conversions or that any application is accepted.

Fledio uses a token-based wallet for campaign spend and creator earnings.

• Tokens
  Brands purchase tokens to fund campaigns; creators earn tokens for approved deliverables.
• Conversion
  Tokens convert to PKR at the current platform rate at the time of payout.
• Fees
  Fledio may charge a service fee on transactions, disclosed before you confirm.
• Withdrawals
  Creator payouts are processed to verified payout details, subject to review and tax records.
• Refunds
  Unused token balances and disputes are handled case-by-case under our refund policy.

You own what you create — but you grant the licences needed to run campaigns.

• Creator ownership
  Creators retain ownership of original content unless a brief assigns rights to the brand.
• Campaign licence
  By submitting content, you grant the brand the usage rights stated in the brief, plus Fledio a licence to display it on the platform.
• Fledio brand
  The Fledio name, logo and platform are our property and may not be used without permission.
• Feedback
  Ideas or feedback you share with us may be used to improve Fledio without obligation.

Keep the platform safe, honest and lawful for everyone.

• No fraud
  Do not fake metrics, engagement, identity or deliverables.
• No harmful content
  No illegal, hateful, infringing, misleading or adult content.
• No abuse
  Do not scrape, hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Off-platform deals
  Do not circumvent Fledio to avoid fees on campaigns introduced through the platform.

Fledio integrates with third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and payment providers.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put users at risk.

Fledio is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We will let you know before we make material changes.
